If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase then neither are we.
Share the Dignity is happy to exchange the item/s or provide you with a store credit note that can be used on our website, providing that the product is return to us undamaged and in its original condition. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for all the freight charges, this includes the initial freight and the return cost.
Share the Dignity recommends that all returns are insured as until the goods have been received at Share the Dignity the customer will be responsible, including transit. If you find that your goods are faulty, incorrectly described or different from the sample shown, you may choose between a refund, exchange or a store credit. All items are thoroughly inspected when they arrive into our warehouse and inspected again on departure; however, some slight imperfections may occur due to the manufacturing process. If you find that purchase does not meet your expectations due to the quality of the product you should contact us immediately on receipt of your parcel (within THREE days). All items returned must be unused, and in the original packaging which is required to be undamaged. Exchanges are subject to availability, and return shipping is at the expense of the customer. All exchanges, credits and returns are assessed on a case-by-case basis, and may be refused at the discretion of Share the Dignity.

All items that are returned must be received by Share the Dignity within 10 working days of receiving your authorisation to be eligible for replacement. Any items that are returned WITHOUT a Return Authorisation will be returned to the sender. Replacement product and credits will only be arranged after Share the Dignity has received the faulty item.
Please contact Share the Dignity via email on email@example.com with photos of the defect/s, and confirm your contact details. A Share the Dignity Representative will get in touch with you within 7 business days to finalise your return. All items that need to be returned must be sent to the following address:

All items that are returned due to defect must be received by Share the Dignity within 10 working days of receiving your return authorisation to be eligible for replacement.
Please note that items that have been discounted cannot be returned. These items will not be restocked so please ensure that you read the descriptions in detail including the size, some clearance items may have small imperfections, and these will be stated and described in detail.
Replacements will only be available on currently stocked items. Please allow FIVE to TEN business days for your product to arrive.
If your return has been approved for a refund we will need some additional information from you, when we have received this information we will process your refund. Once the refund has been submitted it can take up to TWO business days for your bank to receive the funds, the refund is now out of our control and can take up to TEN business days to appear in your bank account depending on the processes within your bank. Refunds will be returned via the same channel they were received.
